They are <a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/colfax-announces-agreement-acquire-victor-210201594.html\" target=\"_blank\">buying Victor Inc., \u00a0a pre-eminent global manufacturer of cutting, gas control and specialty welding solutions.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/irving-place-capital-agrees-sale-213000485.html\" target=\"_blank\">seller agreed to sell Victor for $ 947 million in cash.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the same moment BDT Partners\u00a0has converted its preferred shares of Colfax to common stock.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a part to finance the deal Colfax announced a <a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/colfax-announces-public-offering-common-210401481.html\" target=\"_blank\">public offering of its own common stock.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So once again busy times are ahead for the integration and optimization expert team of Colfax applying their Colfax Business System &#8220;CBS&#8221; tools!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This company remains a buy on any weakness!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This company is restless. \u00a0Just some days ago Colfax Corp.
